RT5 develops CHAMP, a decision-support tool that helps communities visualize and plan for coastal and inland flooding.
Using storm scenarios, sea-level rise projections, and infrastructure data, CHAMP shows how different types of flooding could affect homes, roads, businesses, and public facilities. The system produces easy-to-understand maps, dashboards, and reports that support emergency managers, planners, and local leaders as they design strategies to reduce risk and strengthen community resilience.
